Support Worker – Evening Shifts (Herston, Brisbane)

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide support to a participant with Autism and ADHD at their workplace located in Herston. This role is focused on assisting them with employment duties and ensuring they feel supported and confident during their evening shifts.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Support Worker who is passionate about making a positive difference and supporting neurodivergent individuals to thrive in their employment.

Position Details:

• Location: Herston, Brisbane

• Shifts: Monday to Wednesday evenings, 4:45 PM – 11:00 PM

• Type: Casual or Part-Time

• Focus: Workplace support and encouragement for an adult with Autism and ADHD

About You:
We are seeking a friendly and patient Support Worker who is:

• Experienced in supporting people with Autism and ADHD (preferred)

• Reliable and confident in encouraging independence and workplace success

• Compassionate, understanding, and able to build positive relationships

• Holds relevant clearances and qualifications:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

  • First Aid and CPR (current)

  • Police Check (within the year)
